Our Services
T.O.B. Design Firm offers a vast variety of custom residential and commercial design options locally as well as outside of the greater Cincinnati area. We are a full service design center well equipped with a vast variety of furniture, fabrics, and accessory vendors for all of your design needs. We also have in house workrooms, faux finishers, and construction crews capable for any size job. Our design journey begins with an initial consultation. During this time we will walk through your home or office and discuss space planning, style, color palette, and any budget you may have.
We do charge a small fee of $85.00 per hour for this service (prices vary for our out of town clients) and a normal consultation typically takes no longer than an hour. Once we have narrowed down your needs, our design team will collaborate in our abundant design center to create the perfect looks for your space. Typically you will receive approximately three to four looks per space. Once we have completed your designs, you will receive a formal presentation of these concepts and ideas.
Upon completion, you may choose to purchase whatever you like from our looks, however there is no requirement to purchase. If you do choose to use our services and purchase items, we no longer charge any consultation fees, this is a gratis from our design team for choosing our company! We do however have clients who just need advice, direction, or colors on existing spaces. For this service we charge a simple consultation fee of $85.00 per hour. We also have many clients outside of the greater Cincinnati area who request our services for designing their space and giving it our special touch.
We do travel across the globe to meet clients needs, however we do approach each of these clients slightly different than our local work depending on location. further contact with us is required before scheduling. Designing your new or existing space is about inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making changes, and of course, having LOTS of fun!
